new to Pharma Grade HGH (Nordi)

Im new to this forum and to HGH. looking for some guidance from the experts.

Age : 38
6 Feet
Body fat : 38% - ya i know

100KG / 220 Pounds

may aim is to loose body fat, build some muscles (normal not bulky) and general fitness.

i have been going to the gym for the past few years on & off but never achieved my desired goals.
i can find Norditropin Nordilet in reasonable cost here so after extensive research on this forum and others i started using the Nordilets a week ago.

initially i started with 5 clicks (1.5 IU) 1st thing in the morning at around 6AM and 1.5 IU same time in the evening. now im on 10 clicks (2 IU) 6AM and 2IU 6PM.

my routine
6AM 2 IU
6.20 Cup of black coffee
7.00 Gym with medium to hard workout - not much cardio nowadays
8.20 breakfast 4 boiled eggs and a cup of coffee

normal kinda lunch (not many healthy options)

6.00 PM 2 IU
8:30 Dinner (again try to go for healthy options but not always)

during my second week i did notice increase in my strength but no fat loss yet. i actually went to 103 from 100Kg

1. i would like to add ISO100 (Dymatized) protein in my routine. what would be an appropriate time for a few scoops ?
2. im not noticing any improvements yet so shall i increase the dosage ?
3. any other suggestion?!

Start with a scoop or two after training.
 
2IU of HGH is too low.. you should run 4IU

also at your body fat you aren't going to magically cut down overnight.. HGH really doesn't turn fat people into jay cutler like in the magazines

also your diet of "not health items" is not helping. why are you even wasting your money? diet is #1, you are wasting your time and money here

this is what you are going to do: get off the fucking couch, go to your pantry and fridge with a garbage bag and throw EVERYTHING AWAY.. toss it all out

all that food you are eating is SHIT. no more eating out.. no restaurants and no fast food.

you are going to eat clean from now on, no cheat meals.. everything you put into your mouth should be either a vegetable or lean protein like fish or turkey/chicken (no breading and no fried) baked or boiled only.. you can have 1 piece of fruit a day

do that for 3 months then report back
 
Your HGH dosing is perfect. 2iu twice per day. One dosage first thing in the morning and another dosage later in the day.

A rough estimate to determine how many calories you need is to multiply your body weight (in pounds) by 15. That will give you the amount of calories needed to maintain your current body weight. If your goal is to gain weight, multiply your body weight by 17-18. If your goal is to loose weigh, multiply your body weight by 12-13.
For example, a 200 pound person would need 3000 calories to maintain his weight (200 x 15 = 3000).

I would start your calories around 2600.


Once you have determined your calorie needs. Set your protein intake. A good number to shoot for is:
1-1.5 grams of protein/pound of body weight for natural athletes
1.5-2grams of protein/pound of body weight for enhance athletes


Once you have set your protein intake, fill the rest of your calorie intake with carbohydrates and fat.
 
It is going to take time and consistency. You will get there. 4iu of HGH is a great dose and combined with a lifestyle change you will see some great results.
