I saw this clown doin these the other day at the gym:
First you stand between the cables (the ones used for fly's etc),
then you bring your elbows up to shoulder level and out to your sides.
Next you do a combination curl/fly movement alternating arms, bringing the handles in and touching your chest.
If done properly you should look like your beating your chest like an ape man.
Speed reps and sloppy form is a must!
