I keep my carbs really really low...
6 am--usually 5 eggs
8 am--string cheese and a protein drink
10am--jello gelatin, no carbs and no calories
12 pm--chicken breast
2pm--2 cups of rice--1 cup of mixed veggies--1/3 cup of cream
of chicken and some cut up chicken breast
4 pm--protein drink and a chicken breast
5pm--gym
7pm--steak and protein drink
im also going to be taking some bcca (branch chain amino acids)
