New member to iron game needs help!

Dear Elite Members,

I am a new member to the iron game. I had a few questions maybe someone could answer. I am looking for a training routine for a beginner. I have searched around the boards and with so many different routines I don't know which is best for me. My stats are 20 years old 6'2" 180 pounds 10% bodyfat. My goal is to add on more size. What would be a good routine for me? How should my nutrition be?

I would guess you are an ecto like me. I started around 180lbs at 6'3" low bodyfat. I stuck to heavy compound movements and worked out mon,tues, wed off, thurs,fri for about an hour a time. I promise you if you eat protein every two hours you will grow quality muscle. I found for my body type the training was second to my diet. I buy those tuna packets and carry them around everywhere. The longest I go with out eating a little protein is three hours. After the first two weeks I did this I started to gain 1.5lbs to 2lbs weekly with little fat gain. My lifts went up consistantly. The first few weeks of eating tuna like that was pretty sickening plus my co-workers hated me for a time but it worked a lot better than I thought it would.
