lol! thats to be expected, Mine is th same, I do 200 reps or ab work twica a week ,at the ende of the day they get soft, But just you wait until after cardio in the mornings ,i could open my own business wash your clothes on my abs! (scrub, Scrub,):supercool

Mine were there but not nearly as defined as I'm hoping for but I'm sticking to this diet AAP and Zed sorted and also doing fasted cardio as you recommend so I'm on the right track ;)

Gone down to 75kg didn't feel confident nuff at 77.5kg after set 1 3 dodgy reps.
