After stalling the last few weeks on bench and ohp due to diet change both me and Zed decided it best to lower 20% on those 2 lifts and go for 5x7

Thanks buddy. Yeah it kinda does but health comes first and I was kinda losing the fun when failing repetitively , never mind we can blast through this together haha
