Has anyone heard of that new exercise routine that involves using heavy weights in a movement and just holding it for one long rep? A friend of mine mentioned it to me but I wanted to know a little more info about it. Any info is much appreciated.
It's called SCT (Static Contraction Training). Do a search for "SCT" at the top of the page. I made a post on it, with links to a site talking more about it. I wouldn't recommend it though.
