Never done squats or deads

bench press, squats and deads are the nucleus of any anarobic excercise plan. I never used to do em and can say once I started my lifts in other excercises have increased quite a lot only 2 months into doing them and bodyfat has dropped a little more that usual too.

Squats and deads have become my favourite excercise now. As already said, form is everything (m sure you didnt need for us to tell you that anyways but...).

I do squats for the last 6 months and have went from squatting 120 to 275 in this amount of time, and that for 4 reps, I maybe able to go 315 for one but don't want to chance an injury as I have no spotter for this but alway use the safety bar, I am just now starting to do deadlifts as I thought doing squats was all I needed. My question is do you need both squats and deads? I just feel my form on deads is not there, damn I always feel like my back is not arched enough I wish I had someone to watch me and correct any form probs.
 
hey undertaker I throw em in on either back day or leg day right now always on back day and I'm doing straight leg deads and keeping em light enough to do at least 6 reps.
