I've been using 23g 1' for thigh injections of 1ml of cyp. I'll soon be injecting sust. Can I use the same size pins for this?

Of course. Sustanon is not different at all.

The outer/upper part of the thigh has always been the least painful place to shoot for me.

same, but they're alot of nerves around there so sometimes i have to pull out and start over. Usually its painless
