Ok I am asking a good questio here.

I started out about a month ago at 200lbs and probably 10-11% BF. After much cardio and dieting I am at a solid 190lbs. I have lost no strength in my exercises and I have actually gone up in some areas. I am pretty sure I have lost no size in my arms. They have cut up a good deal along with the rest of me. My viens are out all over my forearms and my shoulders. Just this week I finally have started to see the vein that runs all the way down the bicep. I guess he was the last one who decided to come out and play.

I guess what I want to ask is...do you think 190 is too little weight for me being between 6' and 6'1? I am really loving these cuts and I am afraid that if I try and bulk back up I will lose them. I mean everything is getting ripped. I even noticed my lats were all divided.

What do all of you think. I would like as much feedback as possible! Please help a brother out!!!

Who cares what other people think just be happy what you have achieved. It sound like you are lean and mean. Thats great your strength has maintained.

Is it possible to bulk back up right now while keeping my BF where it is? Should I just continue to eat ever sooo clean with just more volume? I do cardio for 45 minutes pretty intense 4x a week. Right now all I basically eat is chicken and tuna and beef.
What I am afraid yall are going say is that I will have to recut once I put on more weight.

YOU could do a clean bulk like you said and not really gain much fat, you'd just gain muscle slowly. You can do it. You dont have to follow the classic bulk than cut cycle, do what you want, and see if it works.

Yes, you can gain lean muscle tissue to reach 200lbs. Just keep your protein intake really high (at least 285 grams - 1.5 grams per lb of bodyweight) especially if you cut down on your carbs. Be sure to still add fruits, veggies, and grains to your diet. There are numerous trainers in my gym that just eat meat. This is not healthy and is not balanced. Remember, when you cut your carb intake down significantly, you are losing fuel reserve for strength. If you start losing strength, it is probably due to low a low carb intake. All I can say is watch your calories closely and eat as clean as possible. I would give yourself at least one cheat day out of the week to keep your metabolism elevated. You are in charge of your own body chemistry. Good luck and keep trainin' hard.

yeah just keep doing what your doing and add more protein 50-100 grams more at least.

maybe cut down on the cardio - don't you get bored?
Since your maintaining instead of ripping up, you can back off it.

i HIGHLY doubt you can add 10 lbs of solid muscle without gaining some more fat on you. As for your weight right now, well, if I were you, I'd want to be a lot heavier. But that's me dude. If you're happy with the way you look, that's awesome. Congrats man.
