Man, there's a supplement that I use too. It replaces glycogen, but I've seen alot or heard of a lot of crap about posting shit that is a conflict of interest with AF and whatnot. The supplement that I'm talking about has 20 grams or protein, 80 calories and like I said, replenishes glycogen and supposedly draws subcutaneous water into the muscles.
