Need some ideas for new carbs while cutting

these aren't new but they are different then oatmeal

Beans
Yams
Low Carb Tortilla
Fiberous Cereals (Fiber One, 100% Bran, Bran Flakes, Raisin Bran)
MRP's (Labrada Breakfast MRP, Prolab Mass Matrix, Etc)
Brown Rice
Lactaid Milk
 
I've been hitting up stuff like dried pineapple, plums and bananna chips. They have a ton of pottassium and low sodium, so I can use them while I'm dropping water, too.
 
Man, there's a supplement that I use too. It replaces glycogen, but I've seen alot or heard of a lot of crap about posting shit that is a conflict of interest with AF and whatnot. The supplement that I'm talking about has 20 grams or protein, 80 calories and like I said, replenishes glycogen and supposedly draws subcutaneous water into the muscles. It's the goods, PM me if you like or let me know if I can post it and not be flogged.

It does have alot, you are right. But being on my contest diet, it doesn't hurt me because everything else is in check and there's no excess calories to be stored as fat. I like to think that it goes mostly to glycogen replenishment. I generally eat them in the morning and post workout, too (which helps).
