extra mile - I would say most of my progression has been in the last year. Ive just noted your personal 1RM - very impressive. My target is 200kg for 1rm squat (for no other resaon than its a nice round figure!).
These figures may not seem a lot to most on here - but I'm pretty pleased and its been tough getting there.
Thats all incidental - I still look like foghorn leghorn - so strength has to take a back seat. Which leads me back to my original question - do go for more weight for size or less and higher reps!
