Need some help please - Legs or lack of them!

extra mile - I would say most of my progression has been in the last year. Ive just noted your personal 1RM - very impressive. My target is 200kg for 1rm squat (for no other resaon than its a nice round figure!).

These figures may not seem a lot to most on here - but I'm pretty pleased and its been tough getting there.

Thats all incidental - I still look like foghorn leghorn - so strength has to take a back seat. Which leads me back to my original question - do go for more weight for size or less and higher reps!
 
Your lifts are respectable for your size.

I think your lack of growth is possibly diet related.
 
That is a possibility - although my top half has some size relative to my bottom half. So I seem to grow in some places.

I log EVERY workout and my diet is strict. Very frustrating. I know there is no such thing as a genuine hard gainer - but with my legs - I'm willing to at least raise my hand a little!
