Need Help with Goals

Right now I'm not sure what I want my goals to be... I know I want to lose fat and gain muscle. Not sure of my BF right now (haven't been to gym b/c I've been sick). My current stats are in my log, but here they are again:

5'4"
120lbs
Cutting diet 1320 calorie per day (equal ratios of fat/carbs/protein)

Had a lot more muscle before having to back off due to injury/surgery. Was probably at my lowest fat this past spring and weighed 122lbs. I'll estimate that I might have been at about 15-17% BF at the time. During the fall I was at my lowest bodyweight since high school 116lbs. My BF was actually pretty low too, although I know I lost a lot of muscle. For the most part I carry my fat fairly evenly throughout my body... abdominal area is the most noticeable during fluctuations. IMO the ab area is the hardest area for me improve.

I want to have a specific set of goals to work toward, I like challenges. Any ideas?

well.......you can either go 100% for fat loss

or muscle gain....

...you cant split goals and optimize both.

what about "solidifying?"

ie.......following a good clean diet...traing hard....doing cardio and seeing where thing sfall?

I think I will have to go with this for now. Maybe after 2 months see where I'm at and set up specific goals from there.

Good choice......you MAY add muscle and shed some fat....keep protein high and training intensity high......JUST enough cardio to burn soem fat
