Need help with Carb-up day!

The current CKD diet I'm following is as follows:
1- 85%fat/15% protein
2-same as day 1
3-same as day 1
4- 80%fat/20%protein
5- 75% fat/ 25% protein
DAY 6-7: CARB-Up
I'm on day 5 and start carb up tomorrow!!!!
My goal is to get those abs! I weigh 185, 6.1" tall and 27 yrs old. Is 2 days of carb-up necessary?!! How much Protein, Fat, Carbs and calories do I consume and how do I calculate them all. I need help soon! Thanks!
 
the 2 day carb up could hurt you if you want to be sure none of what you you eat gets stored as fat. I have been doing a 1day carb up for a couple of weeks and feel safer this way-during keto days, aim for 0 carbs-on carb up day, you can eat up to 65% carbs
 
Eat low fat on your carb day.. something like 65/25/10 Carbs/protein/fat is probably good. Go for about 5-10% above your maint. calories. Eat the hi GI carbs early if you're going to have them, and then make sure that within 3-4 hours of starting you've switched to complex carbs for most of it. Eat every couple of hours, and 24-36 hours is long enough. You just have to learn for yourself what works. If you feel like you ended up with some fat when you're done cut it a little shorter next week. If you're muscles don't feel full enough, or you don't have that pump, then go a little longer next time. Everyone's a little different and you have to learn your body. Hope this helps.
