Need Help From the Best

I go to school so i try to eat as clean as possible.
Usually i wake up at like 830 and go to the gym to do a 30 min cardio not too intense just so i break a great swet my heart rate is usually at about 125-140. Before the work out i take an Xenedrine pill. After my cardio i have a light breakfest like cereal or banna with a protein shake. TWo hours later i have a protein bar. A few hours later ill have a sandwhich on wheat bread no mayo only lettuce pickles and some hot peppers no salt no pepper no vinger no oil just plain and sometime provolone cheese if anything. a few hours later i have a light snack like a can of plain tuna in water or a salad. Depending on what time i get home from my class or go to the gym i might eat dinner before or maybe after. Light dinner but right after my workout i have a shake. I thnk my diet is ok....any suggestions and usually im in there for about an hour and half becuase i have a fucked up partner. He is just beginning and ive been doing this for over two years. How many times a week do you think i should do abs. One more thing my main problem is on the weekends i don't drink because i bounce at clubs but i usually ten d to eat like hsit.....What can i do Thanx for your support guys and gals
 
take a cooler stuffed full with bananas, sandwiches, and a couple shakes to work. maybe some little cartons of milk. i'll be doing this as soon as i get enough money to buy all this
 
thanx for the idea jeremys. About the protein though whats the point of taking so much if your body can only handle a certain amount daily....My doctor told me that your body can only absorb a certain amount of protein daily.....HE said that it can also fuck with your kidneys if you don't intake enough water.....So i think there is a limit on how much protein your body can handle My personal opinion..

P.s. Jermey at the age of 15 i was just like but a little bit bigger and wider of course. I hope that everything works out for the best for you like it did to me in whatever you do.

about the protein, yes, i think water has something to do with it. i drink a gallon a day. i'd rather optimize my gains. if i can tell something is wrong kidney-wise, then of course i'll cut back. but i havent run into any problems yet

When fat loss slows - bump up cals by 20% and see what happens
 
what do you mean by fat slows down?????I have never heard of that but i will defiently try that....Can you explain by what you mean.

i do abs 1-2 times a week. they get hit with deadlifts and squats and other compound movements
 
so should i hit the same routine those two days and how intendse should i go. Weighted or non weighted....THanx
