I go to school so i try to eat as clean as possible.
Usually i wake up at like 830 and go to the gym to do a 30 min cardio not too intense just so i break a great swet my heart rate is usually at about 125-140. Before the work out i take an Xenedrine pill. After my cardio i have a light breakfest like cereal or banna with a protein shake. TWo hours later i have a protein bar. A few hours later ill have a sandwhich on wheat bread no mayo only lettuce pickles and some hot peppers no salt no pepper no vinger no oil just plain and sometime provolone cheese if anything. a few hours later i have a light snack like a can of plain tuna in water or a salad. Depending on what time i get home from my class or go to the gym i might eat dinner before or maybe after. Light dinner but right after my workout i have a shake. I thnk my diet is ok....any suggestions and usually im in there for about an hour and half becuase i have a fucked up partner. He is just beginning and ive been doing this for over two years. How many times a week do you think i should do abs. One more thing my main problem is on the weekends i don't drink because i bounce at clubs but i usually ten d to eat like hsit.....What can i do Thanx for your support guys and gals
