Okay, first of all I apologize if this has been in a past post. I don't have time in my busy schedule to sort through post for 2 hours (don't mean to sound bitchy, k?). For one, my computer take 5 hours to do it's thing (it seems like it) and I only have a few moments to get on the internet at a time before I rush to my next order of business.
Some of you may know that I'm a psychology student. I'm minoring in criminal psychology. I would to someday in the next 3-4 years after I finish my master's go into the Department of Public Safety's Academy. It's a hell of a lot harder than the regular law enforcement academy. This is the one where you can become a state trooper, DCI agent, DNE agent, Fire Inspector, etc.
The thing is, I am not a runner at all. One of the requirements of the physical agility test is to run 1 and a half miles in 13 minutes. I am NOT, I repeat NOT a long distance runner. They put you through pretty much stuff like boot camp.
Does anyone know of a good workout routine and cardio routine that will get me there moderately fast (a year or less)? I used to go to gym, but as some of you know if you've read my recent post, I'm under a lot of stress and I have no time for working out 3 or 4 times a week like I used to (I haven't worked out since January).
Sorry for such the long ass post, but I figure you needed a background.
Please help me. Besides vitamins, is there any other supplement that would help?
THANKS in advance.
