Post to help others having similar problems: Creatine will get you constipated, being dehydrated. Miralax will dehydrate you, as it throws water into your crap. Anavar pumps muscles for about no reasons and gives me a bigger belly that seems to jam easier.

Now that juice is stopped and i can stay hydrated, BM go well and fissures seem to get way better!
