NEED ADVICE - Lost 20lbs from Food Poisoning

Last week...

Long story short, got it last Wednesday, started eating again on Sunday. Even today after hammering coconut water, a few IV's, etc. I'm STILL 20lbs down from before this happened...

WTF?!?

In the 4th week of a Test Cyp/Deca cycle too... Grrr...

Should I add in 4 weeks of Anadrol? lol
SOMEBODY HELP... I'M FREAKIN' OUT!!!

Oh, and always, thanks in advance for any advice! :)
 
I have always said just stick to the plan. You had a set back but never let things like this get you down or make you change the plan. Up your cals even double the caps if you can handle this. Add need2slin and gear to help insure all cals become usable protein and carbs.

I've never tried need2slin or gear, but have heard nothing but great things about your products.

Would you mind giving me a brief synopsis of what each of those two products do, or even just provide a few links to where I could read about them?

its all in your mind, stay positive, you will rebound very quickly once it clears your system and you start eating and training properly :supercool
 
When I get sick, real sick, I drink ENSURE. I lost over 100 lbs and was sick for a full year. Ensure saved my life and on the days I could hold it down I didn;t lose weight. drink it between meals during recovery.
 
Even if i'm sick as hell and bed ridden I always force down shakes and juice... with that being said I spent 2 days in jail didn't eat or drink and lost 5 lbs I never gained back :(

I wouldnt add anything. You may even need to consider PCT if your not getting better.
 
By eating way under calorie maintenance for a few days your body depletes its glycogen storages which results in a loss of around 10-12 lbs in water weight. This 10-12 lbs will come back once glycogen is replenished by eating a lot of carbs and you drink lots of water. How many calories a day were you eating from weds-sunday? After the glycogen is gone your body will start burning muscle for energy.
 
You need to get well first. I would discontinue this cycle until you are at 100% health wise. You will not gain anything if you are that sick. Get well, then get back in the gym and on cycle and burn it up.. Best of luck to you
