Gotta pool party in three weeks... Whats the best ab routine you've ever put together/survived.
I can see my abs but they are not a defined as i'd like. Diet is gonna tighten up as well but i'd like to work them a bit more... Is eod ok with abs or should i try twice a week?
I just do 2-5 sets of 1 or two ab exercises each time I have time to do abs. The exercises I choose from are some form of weighted situp, hanging leg raises, weighted side bends or the ab wheel...
