need a good split to gain some mass!! PLease Help!

alright guys i am 6 foot and about 185lbs and lookin to put on some size i have been lifting for a while now just havent really stuck to a strict split so if u could take a second and maybe throw some good ideas on a routine that i could use to put on some size all posts r greatly appreciated thanks alot guys...

P.S
I workout 5 days a week so a 5 day split would be helpfull

1. Legs
2. Chest
3. Back
4. Rest
5. Shoulders/Traps
6. Arms
7. Rest

Here is the best 5 day spilt I know off the top of my head. This split is good as it allows each body part a full week before being worked again. The more heal time the more you grow! Remember bulking has allot to do with your diet, so go stuff your face!
 
If you really want to grow, train less.
Don't train more than 2 days in a row, and take a least one
day off every 7 with no training of any kind (no weights or cardio).

Try this:
1. Shoulders & Bis
2. Legs
3. off
4. Chest & Tris
5. Back
6. off
7. - start rotation again
 
heres my 4 day split as we speak...

5 days is too hard on me...

chest bis
quads hams forearms
delts tris abs
back traps calfs
 
figure out your routine (should take a few minutes)

figure out your eating plan (should take a while)
