Hey guys, so I started dieting and working out on Aug 19 and I've already lost 32 lbs. I still eat pretty healthy, but I find myself severely undereating, probably only about 1700 cals a day.

Basically, I'm having trouble motivating myself going to the gym because after I go I get beyond sore and it feels like I can't workout the next few days after. I used to take lipoflame and protein hakes daily for like 2.5 months straight before I decided to stop taking them for a while because I didn't want my body to get used to all those supplements.

I set a goal to drop to 220 from 292 (oh, and i'm 6'4), but for probably 2-3 weeks I haven't worked out more than 2-3 times in a week after doing 6 days of workouts a week.

I was wondering what I should do and if there are any tips for helping me get back into my workout mode.

Thanks

Bro don't sacrafice your diet, it's #1, you could be 190lbs and have a high BF with no muscle if your not eating right. you got to eat right so you dont loose muscle. Eas up on the gym, IDK what your routien is but if your that sore your workin to hard. Lighten up to every other day, and do say- cardio one day and Simple lifting the other and so on...until your in shape, and build up the strenth ect... take a break too, like 4 on, 1 off ect... Git to it and do it !

Up your calories, slowly though, you are not eating enough.

I weigh about 132 lbs. I am on a cutting diet and those are the calories I eat..................and I get tired, I can't imagine what it is like for you.

You have put yourself on a starvation diet hun, you probably have lost some muscle.

Are you sure that is the amount you are eating?

What had you choose that amount to eat each day?

Would you be so kind as to post up a 'typical' day's diet?

For nearly 2.5 months it was 50 minutes of cardio at a pretty tough level 6 days a week. I know it probably doesn't sound like much to the people that are pretty good shape, but I was 292 and the 50 min - 730 calories lost work outs were pretty much all I could handle doing in a day, but now I can't even do that every day cause my quads and hamstrings just hurt a lot.

Oh, I don't think I mentioned this but my cardio was biking.
