Thank you Aurelius. Some people don't want to believe certain things in spite of overwhelming evidence to the contrary. They refer to it as faith, and I rather think it is putting your head in the sand.
Tread carefully. There´s people here who have put over 100 pounds of muscle on their body by just eating and lifting!

I started my bbing journey at a measly 123lbs 19 months ago. As of today, I am 170lbs @ 9% BF, and haven't touched at AS nor PHs. That's already 47lbs.
I plan on putting on another 40lbs, drugs and PH free over the next few years. i.e. getting close and above 100+lbs, by just "eating and lifting" as you say.
That is some good work. Great gains. I lifted for 10 years before doing AAS. During that time I went from 135 to about 205. But I was also doing a lot of growing anyway. I am talking about the ages of 16 to 26. So hard to say how much was training and how much was just becoming a man.
I think Aurelius is referring to guys who go from 200 lbs bodyweight to 300 lbs bodyweight and try to blow smoke that they are clean.
What you have done is very impressive, but still beleivable. Keep up the good work.
Exactly, supposedly one year off AS means you're natural. I think the serious natural federations actually use 7 years as the cutoff. And we all know that gains from AS do persist if you are really good at what you do.
I'm sure most AS users would take their 1-year post-AS self over their pre-AS self any day.

Well congrats on your gains, but your next 40 pounds will prolly take about 10 times as long to reach than your first forty..maybe forever, especially without any PHs or illegal supplements...
I started training at 19 or 20 and I weighed about 135 at 5"11....now I`m 26 at a lean 215..I`ve done some legal stuff then I did two Finasol cycles in the middle of last year, and earlier this year. Before steroids I couldn`t break 185. And to say I was doing everything I needed to be doing to progress is a huge understatement. Everyone`s built different so hey who knows, good luck.

This is reality. This is what you can expect from just lifting and eating. I´m sure you were doing all you could but many people here think that you can get "big" by doing any one of several "mass gain" routines and it is not true. Men have to work hard for several months, even years, to see modest muscle size gains. Women can gain very little in terms of muscle mass.
