you did say that, in different words yes, refer back to the argument with the guy whose friend did the strongman. you said he could never get there without drugs and that he was lying to the guy, so were all of his friends who do bench competitions. the long and short is, nothing natural could be competitive. that is what you've said. in different words, yes, but that is the summation of your argument.
all the top trainers used, but there methods of training are effective for natual lifters, very effective.
read the post again, the russians weren't the pioneers of aas use for oylmpic athletes either, do more research.
here's an example of drug use where it doesn't create the athlete, the training does: greg kovacs. so by saying the russians were the best simply due to drug use, your way off base. training created those athletes, the aas didn't win the medal.
you flip flop alot. in prior posts you've said naturals can never be competitive at national levels and went and proclaimed the same thing on the gear is for que##s post that the guys wife could never win naturally, and women can't gain muscle, and powerlifters can't be natural. how do you know? seriously, no flame here, where do you come off telling people they are lying and their friends are lying? don't dissect the words here like you do in alot of posts, back up your statements because when i read i come up with the theme of the statement, you come back and say, "i didn't say that". in less or more words, what i'm saying is what your putting across. if you can't stick to one point and constantly argue you didn't say that, this should end. it's pointless, whatever you say, you'll change it later.
