Nattys with gyno?

A 20 yr old kid i know has pretty bad gyno in both nipples. He has one of the best natural physiques i've ever seen. I envy black people's genetics... He's trying to promote his fitness stuff on social media but is always getting called out for "juicing" because of his gyno. Will arimidex or letro work the same way for someone who's not on cycle as it will off cycle? It's from puberty and i know once it's there it's there for good but is surgery really the only thing this kid can do? I say embrace it and hop on the juice lol... he can seriously go places if he does, 2 years of training and he's like a calisthenic marc fitt with more size

I got gyno too because of puberty. Mine never went away until I had surgery at age 26. The surgeon did a horrible job too so make sure to research your surgeon well.

At 20 yrs of age don't add anything at this point his body is still developing, and not only that but he is putting out plenty of HGH and testosterone. adding a foreign compound now will fuse his growth plates he should be concentrating on building a solid foundation and lowering his bodyfat and taking an aI to try in combatting that gyno, and hope surgery is not a future option.

Agreed. Puberty induced gyno usually goes away on it's own. Unfortunately in my case it did not so I had surgery in my mid 20's.

Pubertal and pre pubertal gyno has most successfully been treated with raloxifene, It is the serm that is most effective at blocking the e receptor in breast tissue.
I prefer a serm to an ai. For an ai to effectively treat gyno you have to crash your e2 levels in your entire body. A very unhealthy and uncomfortable as well as unnecessary thing to do.
Raloxifene is the answer for this man.

i had gyno in pubery too but never had an issue on aas

I got gyno before I ever even started lifting. I was about 14 years old. Mine wasn't too severe but I was embarrassed because of it. I never had a problem with using AAS though. Of course I've always used Nolvadex when on a cycle.
