Some people have told me that my workout split is weird, I figured I'd get some advice from every1 here, so here it is:
Day 1: Chest and Back
Day 2: Legs
Day 3: Shoulders
Day 4: Biceps and Triceps
One of my biggest problems is, I hate the traditional "Back & Bi's Day", cuz once I'm finished with back my biceps are dead and I can barely work them at all, and I hate it, so I split em up. If someone has an idea for a better split, enlighten me
