My workout split....

Some people have told me that my workout split is weird, I figured I'd get some advice from every1 here, so here it is:

Day 1: Chest and Back
Day 2: Legs
Day 3: Shoulders
Day 4: Biceps and Triceps

One of my biggest problems is, I hate the traditional "Back & Bi's Day", cuz once I'm finished with back my biceps are dead and I can barely work them at all, and I hate it, so I split em up. If someone has an idea for a better split, enlighten me :)

personally chest and back may be a little much for 1 day... here's a couple suggestions

separate and do a 5 day split
Chest and Bis and Back and Tris (on different days)
or divide shoulders up and do front delts with Chest and mid/rear delts with back...

just my 2 cents

Split

Here's A Good Split

Day 1- Abs, Chest, Biceps, Calves
Day 2- Abs, Quads, Hamstrings, Delts
Day 3- Rest
Day 4- Abs, Back, Traps, Triceps
Day 5- A day where I work 1 or 2 body parts that I feel that are lagging, but I don't go as intense as I usually would.

The reason why I would work my bis with my chest, is because they're fresh and I can blast them. Like you said, after you work your back, your biceps are too tired to endure a lot of work. But the time I hit back day, my biceps wouldn't be as sore and while I'm doing my back exercises, my back would be doing more of the work than my biceps. So many people I know use too much of their bis on back exercises, it's useless. And I work my tris with my back, because they would be recovered after my chest workout.

heres my slit and its workin great

Mon - Chest, Tris, Shoulders,
Tue - Back, Bis
Wed - Legs, Abs
Thu - Chest, Tris, Shoulders
Fri - Back, Bis, Forearms, Trapps
Sat - Legs, Abs
Sun - Rest

;)

no way i could chest and back together, though alot of people do...

Ok heres mine,

Monday - Chest and tri's
Tuesday - Rest
Wednesday - Delts and traps
Thursday - Forearms and abs
Friday - Legs
Saturday - Back and bi's
Sunday - Rest

I dont think i would do back and chest on the same day either because both are large muscles groups and require a lot of sets and i wouldnt be able to go as intense, but its what works best for you.
