Approved Log My Testosterone Tbol Cycle Log

Alright so I overslept yesterday so I didn’t make it to gym. Had a busy day ahead of me with a job interview. I am moving on to the next step with that!

Decided I will move workouts by a day so that means today was back and biceps. All weights are pounds.

Barbell row: 135x15 155x12 175x10 195x4
Lat pulldown wide grip: 120x15 135x10 150x10 150x4
Cable seated row: 120x12 135x12 150x10 165x6
Straight arm pulldown: 90x15 90x15 90x15 90x15
Cable bicep curl: 70x15 70x15 70x15 70x15
Cable hammer curl: 50x15 60x15 70x15 80x15
Cable bicep curl: 50x25
Close grip lat pulldown: 75x15 90x15 135x15

A couple of notes. Today I hit 175 pounds for 10 reps on the barbell row. First time I did that so I will be increasing the weight next week(first set will be 155 pounds instead 135). I have never done close grip pulldowns before and I hadn’t really planned to. Decided to do them because I still had plenty left in the tank. Started with 75 pounds then 90 but those were way to light then eventually bumped to 135 pounds. I didn’t really log these so I was just going strictly off memory here and most just trying them out and they felt good so I will include them from here on out.

Also cable hammer curls. I see a lot of the big guys in the gym doing them and I like them but not to sure they are better than dumbbell hammer curls. Cable bicep curls are better than the ex bar for me, I find it easier to isolate the biceps with these as opposed to the ez bar.

I did 15 minutes cardio to start and 15 minutes at the end. I felt great. A lot more energy throughout the workout than normal so everything is going well. Will keep you all updated on the next career steps!
 
Got a question. Sometimes my urine comes out almost like a neon/yellow color. I believe this could be from the N2Guard with all the B vitamins from what I have read. Anybody experience this? Doesn’t hurt or anything like that. I drink a ton of water as well.

@BrightFuture its perfectly normal with high doses of b12, I got it always no matter water intake

Feeling much better as today goes on. Plan to do shoulders/arms tomorrow and legs Sunday. Monday will be back to regular schedule. Still doing my diet, tbol 40mg and N2 Guard daily.

Well this cough is back with a vengeance. Had to get out of bed. Is there a possibility that this could be related to the test or tbol? I have heard of tren cough. I don’t have asthma and I have no history of it. Never had bronchitis before either. I did not cough this much when I had Covid. It’s uncontrollable coughing when it starts.

Alright so today was the day. Wow! I k ow I said was done barbell benching but I decided to anyway and I am happy I did!

Hammer incline chest press: 45x12 70x10 80x8 80x6 45x15
Dumbbell bench; 40x10 50x10 60x6(not sure why I only got 6)
Machine fly: 85x15 100x15 115x12 130x12

For barbell bench my shoulders stable throughout. I decided to increase weight if I could hit 5 reps so I worked up to 155 pounds. Then I finished off with 135 pounds for 10 reps which is the most I reps I have done with 135. Wow I was stunned. Left shoulder felt stable throughout. Assuming this is the test and tbol really kicking in hard now. This morning was my 5th injection.
 
don't push the shoulders too much though even if you're getting stronger stay under control
Oh yeah definitely. I was just floored today especially when I hit 10 reps for 135 pounds. I knew great things were going to happen when I got to 5 and it was nothing then I just kept going lol.
 
let us know about that Cog it seems like it's a little stubborn maybe time to go back to the dock
Yeah it was bad at all today until I took a shower. I do get pretty bad allergies but never take allergy medicine. I took some Allegra last night and probably need to do that daily. Made a huge difference.
 
allergies in your home can be brutal make sure your air conditioning filter is a good one
Well I have sinus issues. Think it has a lot to do with where we live. It just hasn’t gotten this bad in a long time. Definitely going to have to start taking Allegra everyday again.

Also I got some 27G 1 inch needles to pin myself. I was using the 23G 1.5in and I think that was why it was so painful the day after. Still drawing with the 23G.
27g is hard to pin bro
you should go with 25G 1 inch
and draw with 21G
 
Today was back and biceps. Had a great workout! Cardio is severely limited at the moment due to this cough but today was the first day that I didn’t wake up coughing so think the Allegra is helping.

For the cable curls I did something I have never done before. The first few sets as long as I hit 15 reps I increased the weight with minimal rest between sets. After the 4th set I worked my way back down in weight but took no rest time. As soon as I felt like I wasn’t going to get anymore quality reps I just decreased the weight and started again. Felt great!

Just got some yard work done. What do you all think about me extending the testosterone out to 12-14 weeks? Current plan is 10 weeks but I know 12 weeks seems to be the standard. Would an extra 2-4 weeks be worth it?

Also, thoughts on deca for joint health?

The personal record was on the shoulder press. First time I tried 90 and I hit it for 6 reps. I can’t believe how much stronger I have gotten in such a short time period. Also with those you start in the negative position and it’s so much easier now to get them started. Even with 90 pounds. I am absolutely loving this. I am also keeping a close eye on that shoulder and I don’t know why but these don’t bother me at all. Dumbbell/barbell overheads do which is why I don’t do them at all.

Also, what are your thoughts on upright rows? I used to do them with a cable machine and they always felt great.

On a side note, do you guys notice that you sweat less on cycle than you normally would? I have noticed the last few days I am sweating less and it’s making it much easier to push harder. So far, I have seen so many massive benefits from this cycle I am in disbelief. I am loving this. I feel mentally good, focused and I don’t know just great. Wife noticed a positive change in me mentally as well.

So far this has been incredibly successful and no side effects as of yet. Already thinking about a good bulking cycle for 3 months after this ends with test/deca/anadrol. That may change because that’s still a long way out. I am just big on planning things out lol.

The test I ordered comes in a 450mg/ml vial, any issues with me just doing 450mg for the last 4 weeks? I can do the math and keep it at 400mg but 450mg would just be easier.

14 weeks is good but 450mgs/ml is crazy painful i do NOT suggest high mg/ml gear bro

Even pinning half ml twice a week? My last 2 injections have been virtually pain free.
 
So last night went in a date with my wife. Had a bit of a cheat meal with eating sushi. I suppose there are probably far worse things to get for a cheat meal. Also my domestic-supply order processed and shipped yesterday! That was incredibly fast! Will post picture when I have them.

Today was chest day. Unfortunately my left shoulder was not cooperating on bench press so I think moving forward I will just roll with the dumbbell bench and the hammer strength. Seems like this is what most of the guys in my gym do anyway. Left shoulder didn’t hurt but it felt odd.

Did some light tricep pump work at end. Super frustrated with my ability to consistently barbell bench. I went light on volume today just to be safe but shoulder feels completely fine. So as mentioned before, no more barbell bench and I will just focus on the dumbbell bench and hammer strength variations.

Also today was my 7th test E injection and my first deca. So far not a single negative side effect. Blood pressure is perfect, no gyno or ball issues either.
