Approved Log My Testosterone Tbol Cycle Log

Meal prep attached! Tomorrow is chest/triceps. Feeling pretty good about my left shoulder so I plan to reintroduce barbell bench tomorrow. I plan to do this slowly so I probably won’t do more than 135 pounds just to see if my left shoulder feels as stable and strong as I think it is. If it doesn’t feel right I will stop and move on.

Had salmon, rice and veggies today again today. Very good and tasty food! I have reintroduced the rice because I feel like my body really needs those carbs. I have noticed that once I limited my carbs to just rolled oats in the morning my workouts just haven’t been the same. Wife even noticed that I seem to be really tired since that adjustment.

Went to the gym today and did 45 minutes of cardio and that felt great. Got this week left and then this cycle will be over. Likely going the self-trt route. About how long after the cycle ends should I get bloods done?

So back day was pretty awesome. I was looking through @Noah Wixx log and decided to incorporate rack pulls. Didn’t go too heavy on them because I wanted to make sure I had my form down. Started with 135 but that was entirely to light so bumped to 185 for the last 3 sets. Still a bit light but that’s ok because I wanted to make sure I had form down. I absolutely loved this exercise. Wish I had been doing it all along.

Rack pulls: 135x15 185x15 185x15 185x15
Cable rows: 120x15 135x15 150x12 165x10
Hammer lat pull down: 90x10 100x10 100x10 100x10
Straight arm pulldown: 100x15 110x15 120x12 80x15(no rest between last 2 sets)
Cable bicep curl: 70x20 80x15 90x10 70x12

Tomorrow will be shoulders/legs. Also finally got to an ENT to get some relief from my sinus issues. Got really bad Monday night and Tuesday morning but feeling a bit better now. Hopefully they can prevent it from getting really bad again.

15 minutes cardio before and 30 minutes after.

Dumbbell lateral raise(very slow reps): 4 sets 15 reps at 15 pounds
Facepull: 100x15 110x15 120x15 130x15 140x12

4th set of shoulder press was suppose to be 8-10 reps but failed at 6 not sure why. So I kept the weight the same and hit 8 reps for the last set. I definitely should have gotten 10 on that 4th set.

Went to gym at noon so it was hot and I was dripping sweat when I did my 30 minutes cardio at end. I will say the rice being added back into my diet has given me a big boost of energy. Hopefully my lifts will start increasing in weight again next week. Also got some more test on the way from domestic supply for trt.

I wonder why you're sweating so much as your gym really hot
Yeah this gym does get pretty warm which is why I usually go early in the morning. I do sweat more than most and I don’t tolerate heat very well, especially if it’s humid. I will say since starting this cycle my tolerance for heat has gotten dramatically better and I feel like I generally sweat less.

I have just noticed so many benefits since I started testosterone cycle. It’s crazy to me which is why I am going the self trt route now.

Alright so had a good leg day. It was hot though. Starting Monday I will start going in the morning again to avoid the warmth and the crowd.

Hammer leg press: 234x12 324x12 414x12
Romanian deadlift: 135x12 135x12 135x12
Calf raise: 195x20 195x20 195x16
Leg extension: 140x12 160x12 160x8
Seated leg curl: 135x12 135x12 135x12

Good fun day. This also concludes my first cycle. Will post up pictures later today or tomorrow. Also got a touchdown from @domestic-supply.com yesterday for the test for trt.

I have learned a lot and had plenty of missteps. In the beginning I feel that I was likely pushing myself way too hard. This eventually led to my body feeling kinda beat up. So the last 6 weeks of cycle wasn’t the best but I am 100% now. Also the cutting of carbs was a mistake for me. Don’t think my body can handle that. So this week I added the rice back into my meals and I got so much energy again. I am feeling great and am super excited for next time around. I do feel a bit bloated at the moment but I think that’s from reintroducing the rice but my body will adjust.

I definitely want to thank you all for the guidance and support. Including the guidance to slow down even though I ignored it lmao. Learned my lesson! This is definitely a long game and I am pumped for what’s next.

Next cycle will likely be something like 500mg test, 400mg eq and winstrol at 50mg/day. Of course got time to sort that out or change it accordingly.

@BrightFuture your next cycle is good but doses should be sports trt 300mgs test 300mgs eq and 25mgs winstrol to start with n2guard and we can move up if you feel it

Trt now 200mg/week. That starts Monday. I would love to go ahead and throw some winstrol in but my understanding is that it is too soon. I would like to run 450-500mg test next cycle. I started this one with 400mg then bumped to 450mg.

Yeah and gym was pretty busy surprisingly. Lots of other people doing legs. Probably like me and skipped legs during the week and got to make up for it. Legs are my least favorite day but I still enjoy them. Shoulders are still my favorite day which is crazy considering I used to hate shoulder day because mine were so weak back then. Date night and steak tonight!

@BrightFuture you only need 4 weeks with TRT before you can jump on a full cycle again IMO

but I suggest we change your log to a NEW one for 4 weeks TRT Log journal while we plan your new cycle :)

but watch out for bp
BP has been perfect this whole cycle. Actually been a little better than usual. Assuming that’s a combination of diet, gym and not being in the military anymore.

I know how u feel with beating yourself up, it's hard at first because being on gear and what it can do, offen times leads us into making mistakes with our training or over working, I made that mistake as well.

All part of the process brother we learn and correct and find a way forward, also I always do legs on sunday lol
