A little over a year ago! Roast was hams/glutes/calves

  • Bb deadlifts 155lbs up 20lbs 4x8
  • BB Hip Thrusts 4x13
  • Seated calve press 21s at different angles 165lbs up 5lbs 4x21
  • Hip abductor machine modified 160lbs up 5lbs 3x15
  • Superset normal hip abductor machine 115lbs 3x15
    • Standing isolated hamstring curls 10lbs 3x12
  • Standing calve raise machine 320 up 10lbs 4x10

  • Arnold press 15lbs up 5lbs 4x13
  • Incline bench y-raises 5lbs 4x15 up in reps
  • BB Shrugs 145lbs up 10lbs 4x15
  • Lateral cable raises 7lbs 3x15
  • Cable bar front raises 30lbs up 10lbs 3x 15
  • Cable face pulls 30lbs up 10lbs 3x16
  • DB shrugs 40lbs 4x15
Did abs after

Treadmill 30 mins

  • Cable incline bench bicep curl 40lbs 4x10 up in reps
  • Seated DB tricep extension 40lbs 4x12
  • Reverse bicep curls 30lbs up 10lbs 3x15
  • Concentration curls (short head) 35lbs 3x12
  • Close grip bench press smith machine (long head) 100lbs 4x12 up in reps
  • ES bar flexion 20lbs 3x21
  • Cable rope hammer curls (long head) 40lbs 4x15
  • Isolated db overhead tricep extension (lateral head) 25lbs up 5lbs 3x9
  • Rotating dbs 10lbs up 5lbs 3x22
