Approved Log My Testosterone Primobolan Anavar Cycle Log

So I upped my calories today so that I should be gaining 1% bodyweight per week. I'm at 3567 Calories/day. I did back and triceps today. Had a killer workout. Integrated behind the back barbell shrugs instead of behind the back cable shrugs and I really felt the difference. I also used the ISO low leverage row to do shrugs and I got a pretty good burn and pump on my traps.

  1. Behind the back bb shrugs (just the bar) 4x15
  2. BB Rows (neutral grip) 135lbs 3x15 up in reps
  3. Cable rope tricep extensions (lateral head) 70lbs up 10lbs 4x15
  4. Smith Machine JM press (long head) 4x15 up in reps
  5. ISO low row shrugs 90lbs 4x12
  6. Wide lat pull downs 130lbs up 15lbs 3x16
  7. Overhead behind the back vbar tricep extensions 120lbs up 10lbs 4x15

I haven’t ordered any SARMs or orals yet. I don’t get paid for another 2 weeks.

But you still think Winstrol is a good option over tbol. The main thing I want is a harder look and more definition around my chest.

I’m really struggling eating food. I have virtually no appetite.

Doctor also told me to consume more fiber, she suggested psyllium husk.

Breakfast:
Protein Shake - 2 scoops
1 scoop of green+probiotics powder
10g of fiber supplement
Protein pancakes
1/3 cup of dried berries
1/4 cup of chocolate almonds
2 TBSP of maple syrup

Lunch/post workout:
2 scoops of protein powder shake
1 banana
1 poptart
1 cup of rice
1 cup of veggies
1/2 cup of lean ground beef
4 TBSP of Almond Butter
1/2 cup of black beans

Dinner:
1 scoop of protein powder
1/2 cup of lean ground beef
6 TBSP of Almond Butter
1/2 cup of black beans
1/2 cup of mac n cheese

It’s my gym lighting. We don’t actually have many white lights in the gym the majority are red and blue. My gym is kinda like a nightclub. Upstairs is just dark and red lol
 
Question about my diet. I'm going to go grocery shopping tomorrow after the gym. So I ran my macros/numbers for my activity level and for 1% body weight increase a week.

Since my fat already meeting my macros I decided to go for chicken breast instead of lean beef.

For breakfast:
2 scoops of whey protein + 1 scoop of greens powder
1/4 cup of chocolate almonds
Protein Pancakes
2 TBSP of maple syrup
1 cup of apple sauce

Lunch/post workout:
2 scoops of whey protein + glutamine(adding this in for recovery and gut health)
1 large banana
1 pop tart
200 calories worth of beans
Chicken breast 38g of protein worth
1 cup of white rice cooked
4 TBSP of Peanut Butter

Dinner:
1 scoop of whey protein + 1 scoop of green powder
6 TBSP of Peanut Butter
200 calorfies worth of beans

1 cup of white rice cooked

Doctor told me to increase my fiber, so I'm reluctant to take out the beans. But I was thinking of replacing the beans with some more protein to lower my carbs? Maybe a protein bar instead or protein chips?

Also I replaced the berries with apple sauce because doctor told me to incorporate apple sauce and rice into my diet for digestive issues I've been having lately.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

@Mk11kh i'd like to see your legs more indepth if you shaved them. you have a lot of hair covering up your muscle cuts. so its harder to see them but can easily tell the changes you have made

Tren e just causes me high blood pressure and heart rate but my doctor already gave me meds to counteract that.

  • Incline Leg press high and wide foot position 4x15
  • Leg extension isolation 35lbs 3x15
  • Calve press machine 70lbs 4x20
I have changed up my workout and set/rep range. I’ve been getting good results so far.

you wont get much negatives from eq if you had no tren sides bro

Are the aesthetic effects of Masteron only temporary while on cycle or do they last?

The main thing I want to do is tighten my waist and tighten my chest.

Or will tbol handle that?
