Approved Log My Testosterone Primobolan Anavar Cycle Log

So I upped my calories today so that I should be gaining 1% bodyweight per week. I'm at 3567 Calories/day. I did back and triceps today. Had a killer workout. Integrated behind the back barbell shrugs instead of behind the back cable shrugs and I really felt the difference. I also used the ISO low leverage row to do shrugs and I got a pretty good burn and pump on my traps.

  1. Behind the back bb shrugs (just the bar) 4x15
  2. BB Rows (neutral grip) 135lbs 3x15 up in reps
  3. Cable rope tricep extensions (lateral head) 70lbs up 10lbs 4x15
  4. Smith Machine JM press (long head) 4x15 up in reps
  5. ISO low row shrugs 90lbs 4x12
  6. Wide lat pull downs 130lbs up 15lbs 3x16
  7. Overhead behind the back vbar tricep extensions 120lbs up 10lbs 4x15

I’m getting my fullness back from my gear lapse!

I get paid next week so I’ll order resupply next week. What’s GW again?

  • Bb deadlifts 155lbs up 20lbs 4x8
  • BB Hip Thrusts 4x13
  • Seated calve press 21s at different angles 165lbs up 5lbs 4x21
  • Hip abductor machine modified 160lbs up 5lbs 3x15
  • Superset normal hip abductor machine 115lbs 3x15
    • Standing isolated hamstring curls 10lbs 3x12
  • Standing calve raise machine 320 up 10lbs 4x10

I’m running test primo test e and RAD 140.

I haven’t ordered any SARMs or orals yet. I don’t get paid for another 2 weeks.

But you still think Winstrol is a good option over tbol. The main thing I want is a harder look and more definition around my chest.

I’m really struggling eating food. I have virtually no appetite.

Doctor also told me to consume more fiber, she suggested psyllium husk.

Breakfast:
Protein Shake - 2 scoops
1 scoop of green+probiotics powder
10g of fiber supplement
Protein pancakes
1/3 cup of dried berries
1/4 cup of chocolate almonds
2 TBSP of maple syrup

Lunch/post workout:
2 scoops of protein powder shake
1 banana
1 poptart
1 cup of rice
1 cup of veggies
1/2 cup of lean ground beef
4 TBSP of Almond Butter
1/2 cup of black beans

Dinner:
1 scoop of protein powder
1/2 cup of lean ground beef
6 TBSP of Almond Butter
1/2 cup of black beans
1/2 cup of mac n cheese
