May have been better to ask her opinion first, like get her to discuss your options before jumping into the 'your hor kid needs sex meds' convo....if it was her idea she would have been less likely to go tightlipped and shit
Why do you keep thinking I'm surprised. I knew my blunt ass was gonna screw it up, but you guys only had suggestions on how to talk to my son. I asked over and over what I should say to the parents...now you're full of advice.

There's nothing you can do but ride it out. It's painful.
If it's awkwardly silent in the car because he's ticked with you, then say something that will make him feel appreciated.
