My routine split.... need some advice!

Here is my routine split:

day 1; chest & biceps
day 2; legs
day 3; rest
day 4; shoulders & triceps
day 5 back
day 6 rest

although my arms are now getting pretty big I think I could do with more size. Do you think I should give tri's and bi's a day of thier own each?

Im thinking that because my bi's follow chest that I might not have enough energy to fully blast my bis. Same with shoulders and tris if I up the weight on shoulder press and so do an extra set my tris are fatigued before I start my tricep training.

I want to start training my forearms more regular, where would you put a forearm routine in the split above?

Any advice would be great

Maybe I should have posted this on the training discusion board, but I guess this just means that you guys only know about how much gear to take.

Since I wouldn't recommend doing more sets than 12 for back, I'd put forearms on your back day after you hit your back. Otherwise, you could do 3 sets of forearms twice a week, once after bi's and once after tri's.
Otherwise, it looks pretty good IMO. I think you should be able to hit your bi's adequately. Though I do 10 sets usually for chest and 6-7 for bi's when bulking and give each a full week to heal. Hope that helps.

hey bro,
it doesnt matter what kind of gear you take or how often you take it. you still have to understand how to workout and have a good routine, good eating habits, etc.

anywy, this is my routine,
day 1 - chest and tri
day 2 - legs
day 3 - rest
day 4 - shoulders and traps
day 5 - back
day 6 - bi and forearm
day 7 - rest

works for me
