ok thanks to all.....if I could just figure out the reason I feel like I do, this battle would be over......honestly, the lack of energy, the numbness now in my feet when I stand for a long time, the terrible stomach cramps and pains.....no one can figure it out. Yes, Ive been to the doc and I told him it feels like I am sitting on a balloon in my lower stomach....sent me to a urologist, he said my bladder wasnt emptiying, put me on meds, and that was it....2 years later, I still got it.....so it's something to do with blood a circulation.......hands and feet going numb, low low bp and hr......just doesnt add up.....lack of good sleep? I'm up every 2 hours, everyday.....that an't be healthy...sure I may go to bed at 9, but waking every 2 sucks....maybe I need to stop the smokin a bowl at night thing.....
 
Doctors aren't magical, omniscient beings. They offer their best shot and expect you to go back to them when their best shot didn't work. Some doctors are even incompetent and have a best shot about as good as general advice on a chat board.

If a doctor has failed you then either go back and tell him to try again or get a new one.
 
ever heard of these symtoms? Are they common with physical abuse and overtraining?

today, is either back width (deads were tuesday) or chest (from Monday)...hmmm...we'll see.

yeah...keep resting. As long as you can. A week would be a minimum I would reccomend to a client in your situation and that costs me $$ when I do that. Thats what I did with my woman wheni started training her. I said go home and do not come back here to the gym for a week. oh and eat a lot of meat..I told her that also. She weighed 105# @20% now she is 140# @ like 11%. Rest.
