Sorry QUad, I appreciate the advice.....I've been off since thursday...that's three days....my LONGEST stint ever...Did a little bit of legs yesterday, felt good not to overeert.......I'm gonna train today unless I feel too shitty to go in...I'm in the office, I recooping, I feel ok....I do however, completely and totally appreciate your assistance....you've been fab!

PA vs OH, it's high scholl all-stars. It was always mostly OH St recruits vs Penn St recruits, now Rutgers is gonna swoop a lot of PA/NJ/NY kid up though, lol

You only need to be doing 8-10 sets max for a small muscle group like arms! That's 8-10 for bi's and 8-10 for tri's. That's it!
