Off day today was a big big start that and eating every 2 hours even while im sitting here for 12 hours working in an office, doing nada....

WOW....reading those last few threads hit a nerve....it was like Rocky's Theme came on in the background.....off day was fing great, i could do it again tomorrow........I feel stuffed and look off, but my body and muscles are in heaven.


You guys, my promise, I will beat this f-ing thing...what am I trying to prove???? I was a tank...g-damn.
