At age 22

I weight trained all my life. I just didn't eat and sleep until after HS. I actually used some upjohn cyp and gained 15 pounds in a few weeks, lost it too. I was 18 and didn't have a clue.

At 22 I began real training, that's when I went from 140 to 218 within 9 months with no gear-and only added about 3% (went from around 6 upto 9). Then within a year I juiced with T200, metandiabol (inj dbol like ref without the b vits) and laurabolin, I went from 218 to 242 gaining almost no more bodyfat. I hit a plateau there are unfortunately I ended a 6 year relationship and began my partying.

From age 22 to now I have yo-yo'd with training, diet and gear. Maybe 5 to 7 cycles, mostly mexican stuff except for some omnadren and european dbol.

My ultimate goal is to reach 230 with 8-10%BF.

Damn dude? You went from 140 to 218 with NO gear. How the hell did you do that and only put on 3% BF? Shit why bother with gear if you can make those kind of gains without it!

I am planning on training naturally myself. I have bulked up as much as 20 lbs in the past, but every time I have lost most of my muscle gains during the cutting cycle. I just need to figure out the secret to maintaining that lean mass.

Looks like you got it figured out though.

How did you eat and train? Did you bulk and cut while natural?
 
HS reunion was awesome

thanks for the support, but I am sure there are many guys on here that really bulked up since HS. I think back at the past 10 years and wonder what condition I could be in if I hadn't be so damn "on and off". And man, to be able to turn back the clock and be 16 again and know what we know now. You kids with the net today and all this info, you have it made!

Needless to say my HS reunion was great.
I got the "most changed award" and a lot of attn from some biotches that would have laughed at me in HS---I must add that even being the skinny fuck I was I dated a cheerleader from my sophomore year on...(that was the 6 year relationship that ended in 93).
I pulled some at my reunion. I love visiting home and running into people, they have no clue who I am. Well, rugby and fights may have something to do with that since I do not have quite the same facial structure-new nose, cheek and jaw.

I remember during my intial training years after I moved, going back home to the HS gym and training back, I was pulling up some bent rows with 315 and in walked my old coach. He had to take a triple take before he said, "#####, is that you? What the hell are you on?" I said, "Food and sleep!"

OK, babbling over. I would like to see and hear about others that have gone from really skinny to fairly bulky. I mean 5'10/140# to 5'10" 225 is a big change.

I didn't need to cut. even eating everything I could I didn't really put on the fat.

Back then my bulking was much cleaner than now, I can't seem to "sack up" with the same discipline. I wish I could cut...I will for next spring.

Now when I think about my bulking way back then, it was pretty clean. I never ate fast food, my girl was a waitress so rice, steak and chicken was brought home everynight. I was religious about my meals, I ate every 2 waking hours without fail. Obsessed is what I was and I could delay gratification back then... I trained 1 hour everyday, kept a training and diet log, slept ATLEAST 10 hours everynight, never went out, my job was desk and patrol work. I ate the same thing everyday more or less, bland for the most part.

Mainstays:
Milk
Yogurt*** easy to eat 6-12 cups a day
Rice
Oatmeal
Steaks
Chicken
Tuna
Broccolli
Lean burger patties
Weight Gainer (heavyweight900 or gainers gold)
BCAA caps (several $$$ a month on those)
Liquid Aminos

man bro,
i dont know if you would actually call this bulking, but when i started liftin seriously i stood at a height of 5'7, weighed a measly 130 lbs. that was in 1989, and now im at 192 , lookin and feelin better than i ever have. of course it took me almost 13 years to get here, and i aint stoppin now!
