I just started a new split and I love it.... So I thought I would post for anyone looking for a new split. For the last few year I have been training one bodypart per week but i swithced up. Didn't think I was maximizing my time. I think 5-6 days is enough for recovery if nutrition and diet are adequate.
I split the bodypart up into 4 workouts and I workout 3 days then take a day off.
A: Chest and Bis
B: Legs and Calves
C: Delts, Traps and Tris
D: Deadlifts and Back
Day Workout
1 A
2 B
3 C
4 off
5 D
6 A
7 B
8 off
9 C
10 D
