Diet is attached to this post.

I basically worked with the carb cycling diet I set up before only I wanted to make it more of a stable diet that I could also grow on.

Macros are: 65g fat, 280g carbs, 420g protein 17/33/50 split total 3400 cals

Right now I am on an ECA stack that I just started this week (25mg ephedra, 300mg caffeine, 160mg aspirin twice a day) and other than that I just started rawmcc 5g a day as well. My workout routine is 1 hour cardio sun, legs mon, chest tues, back wed, shoulders thurs, 1 hour cardio fri, 1 hour cardio sat. On the mon-thurs lifting days I do 30 min of cardio before I lift and then my lifting takes about 30-40 minutes. All of my cardio is high incline walking (at least 15 incline) at between 3.5 and 4 speed. The training routine I'm doing actually has friday as another leg day and saturday as an "upper body" day. I was out of the gym for 2 weeks because I was in South Beach for WMC and then sick for a week so right now those have been replaced with just cardio until I can get my muscles used to the beating. I'm usually ready for another workout about 3 days later so I like the idea of basically hitting everything twice a week.

My goal is to lean up while building muscle. What do you guys think? I measured myself last Sunday (and want to do it on sundays only to not get discouraged) and I came in at 159lbs at 5'8" and I measured my waist (well at least what I consider my waist as in where my pants rest) at 36in. All the fat I have is stored in my mid section -- gut and love handles -- other than that I'm pretty lean.

I know its kind of a lot of cals to be a cutter per se but I figured with the lower carbs and high protein I should be able to lose fat from the cardio and the ECA stack while still building some muscle.

Any advice would be great.

Also want to mention that I don't know if it was the creatine, the ephedra, or what but I was super pumped at the gym yesterday. I looked bigger than I ever have before. Does ephedra increase pumps or anything?

Also does anyone know how quickly you should expect to see results on an ECA stack? I feel like I leaned up slightly but its probably just in my head because its only been 4 days.

If you want to loose bf% and keep muscle the best cardio is HIIT. Its very effective and keeps muscle, and on top takes less time. You could do 3 HIIT sessions per week and throw in 2 alternates after(for 5 times a week). Also, i find for HIIT to be effective switching up machines, eliptical, running, bike, etc.

I found ECA builds a tolerence very fast, but it can be very effective. Alot of guys do 2 weeks ECA 2 weeks clen, seems to be pretty effective.

As far as the calories this seems interesting although someone else is going to have to chime in because i havnt aproached it this way.

Also regarding weight I found the best way is to just not weight yourself except every 3-4 weeks. Once a week take a good look in the mirror and see if your going were you want to be. Scales can be very misleading.

Anyways good luck bro, and dont discourage, everything comes in good time and hard work :)

Thanks. When I started this week I said I was going to give it a month. I want to measure and weigh every week once a week just for the info on how it worked. For instance did I lose more in the last 2 weeks or in the first, etc. I'm more worried about getting my waist size down than my weight. In fact if it works the way I'm hoping it can I may only lose say 2 lbs but I will really have lost 4lbs of fat and gained 2lbs of muscle. We'll see I guess.

Also I thought about the pumps and this week has been the first time I really did real cardio before workout sessions. Maybe getting my blood flowing before my workouts has been getting my bloodflow up, actually seems pretty obvious to me now that I think about it.
