Yes, i can see changes. Clothes fit differently. Not loose exactly, like loose around tummy and breasts, quads feel and look good, tight on biceps, thing my arms are puffy or feel pumped? I’m going to watch carbs this week and see how i feel. Fasting is also in the plan for several reasons.
I am a but bloated right now, normal biology things .

You're doing daily spore based probiotics and psyllium husk even now right?

Stay with fasting, don't stop it and I hope you update us more as you go.

a bit of cyclical bloat part of being a woman🤭. . It goes away after a day or so.

@Harp2011 it happens :) I have my girl taking extra dandelion root and water with warming compress on those days.

Not when i was ill, i just kept making myself more tired and not getting better.
I always recommend just resting and fasting when sick. Trying to grind through it never seems to pay off.

there are no requirements to any of these logs
the purpose is to push you and keep you motivated and also for others to see this and get motivated as well

we just want to see you do your very best and give us as much info as possible so you can know what works and what doesn't in the future
 
we're not asking you to write a novel just check in with us often and spend a couple minutes writing what you did during the day
