My girlfriend is trying to have me locked up for life

I don't know if this is the appropriate place for this or even if you give a damn, as it has hardly anything to do with As. I guess some of you might have wondered where my 25+ stupid post went everyday. Well I've been locked up in the county for some shit I didn't even do and now im looking at 20+ in prison. Heres the storey: I meet this girl about 3 years ago, whe have been dating on and off ever since. We since have had a child together and is now almost 1 and half years old. We have had alot of problems and tend to break up and come right back to each other. After about a year I startd noticing she wasnt all there..kinda crazy. Whenever I break up with her she calls the police to me (she dates the cops that lock me up) and tells them I beat her up..which she always later dropped. well being stupid I took hr back agian and after about 3 months of arguing and fighting we got in a big argument over some guy she had slept with. I was done and told her to just get the fuck out. She got real pissed about this and attacked my ass. I finnaly got her ass off me and called the police to her, so when they pull her over she tell them i beat her up and raped her. So later that night I got a visit from about 4 cops and a detective. I thought well she got her dad (GBI agent) to have hes buddys lock me up cause she said I hit her agian. They took me down to the station and told me that she had been beatn with all kinds of marks on her and she told them she was arguing with me about the use of AS. Not that I ever have used these. But they questioned me about it for some time but never mentioned any charges rape. they took me to jail and I called my house. they said they had searched all threw the house. I was later arrested on rape and sexual battery charges after trying to place a restraining order on her they arrested me in the court room. The moral of the storey: cops and law enforcment are some dirty crooked fuckers and dont trust and fucking one of them!

Spouse abuse is serious and needs to be taken seriously, but sadly you also have these girls that will make stories like this up and sometimes even do harm to themselves to make the story more believeable. The bad part of this is that 95% of the time the cops don't care about the male's side of the story, even if it's legit.

It's definatly a tough situation to be in. I really don't know what to say except I hope the truth comes out and that after this is over you never go anywhere near that psycho-bitch again.

BTW, I know what you mean about the law being corrupt - I have had several instances where the cops have screwed me over. One of which was a DUI I got after some dumbass ran a redlight and hit me idle in my car. Well long story short: the cop took the stand and lied his ass off. Of course the judge believed every word the cop was saying - even without proof.

I wish stories like this didn't happen. Assuming what you imply is true--that you haven't ever actually struck her--stories like yours expose why it's hard for REAL victims to be believed sometimes.

Also, to press rape charges she'd need to go through an evidence exam. If she hasn't, ptressing charges is gonna be REAL tough.

She is beyond the limit for crazy, and is dumb as a fucking brick but knows how to manipulate people like a art form. To answer your questions about the exam I was told she did have one, but keep in mind that this was my girlfriend and we had a very active sex life. And daddy is a gbi agent and a inditment only takes a phone call.

Just ditch her good and tell her everything she wants to hear and let her think it´s she whose leaving you... say your sorry, the whole lot, let her think that u´ve learned ur lesson and that there´s no use messing with her. After that wait a year and get your revenge... This is my method of action, normally after a year I forgive people and end up not doing anything, but there´s more than one mofo that has regreted fucking with me, although they don´t know where the blows came from.

My theory has two straight point.

1) Eat pride and if it´s still fucking you up after a year and your unable to strike back it wosen´t worth it.

2) No one will ever know it was you after a year, specially if they´re bad people! u know...


Me and my buddies trashed a guys new car (still to more years payment on it and no inssurance) to fuck him up, and a letter in his mailbox telling him he should try to become a better person... guess what? the guy had been such an asshole to so many people, I´m the last guy on his list, after a year I doubt he even remembers me.

I don´t think revenge is the best option, and it´s something that dosen´t make me a better person. I belive in karma and all that shit!! And that life has a funny way of dealing with things, if you r a bad as a person someone is going to end up giving you back all the shit and damage you´ve done to other people. I belive in being a good as a person per se, not because I think someone is going to take revenge back on me.

How old are you? What you did was childish and coward-like.
Why mess someone's property up? What you did was far worse than the guy being an asshole. If you're a real man you should've said something to the guy and/or did something to his face - not sneak around behind his back!

This really pisses me off because I can't stand when someone does something to me then doesn't even have the balls to admit it or take responsibilty for it!

install a web cam at your place and after a fight if she goes for the cops and you can prove her wrong in some way, wouldn´t you be proving that she´s commited a crime in lying or something...?

Law is really fucked up system, and while I do know women that have been beaten up and live under fear because they might get beaten up or killed if they tell the cops... the fact that there are women who use this as a weapon is really, really sick! I mean if what ur saying is true and nothing happend, she is doing some of the worst type of bitching possible. Imagine a lot of bitches found out that they could really fuck up their men with things like this, the law would end up seeing through this!

If my girlfriend got me into jail for beating me up and I did time, since if I´ve already paid my debt I would beat her up.... just joking... I don´t have a grilfriend right now! j/k
