Well im on a CKD for 2 weeks and this on top of all my other dieting i have done has raelly cut up some parts of my body, my top 4 abs show all the time and when i flex they look really good. the rest of my body is also very very skinny. I weigh only 160 pounds before my last carb up at a height of 6'2" . My problem is this, i look PERFECT except for my two biggest trouble spots, my lower abs and chest. I dont know what to do right now, i am going to be bulking around the 2nd week in october, i wanted to lose my stubborn fat before this so i would have less to lose AFTER bulking.
I can not stay on a CKD during school, its just too hard to eat no carbs for lunch and a snack and more importantly i cant deal with the tiredness and brain slowing that goes with CKD as its my junior year of high school and my most important one!
Should i continue to diet to lose this fat???? Should i find a new diet and throw in ECA, yohimburn???? I just wnat this fat off my damn chest, its rediculous how misproportioned the fat on my torso looks. Throw some help my way.
(on a better note in all my dieting i went from 190 lbs before lifting at all, lifting brought me up to a lower bf and 205, since then its just been mostly cutting. thanks to ckd and hansel's diet!)
