My diet decision, can someone plz help?

Hey all this is my first post! I have decided to bulk again but want to stay as lean as possible while doing this. I have been getting hungry at night and feel like I need to slip in another meal however I am afraid my body will store it as fat. Im not afraid of getting bigger I just like how vascular I have become over the last year as its the first time I have really focused on getting my diet in check and want to get to below 10% bf... Can comeone please critique my diet and tell me if I could add another meal?
Or should I just bite the bullet and up my calories all together to bulk right up and worry about leaning up after??

First off bro do not run that Nolva with the Tren. You are asking for problems with progesterone sides. Now your diet looks pretty good IMO. I eat very similarly to what you do just alot more of it. I would add in cals by upping portions a little bit. Maybe add in 500 cals at a time until you start seeing the results you desire. That is how I did it. I know what you mean about not wanting to increase your BF% but if you are going to grow then a little increase is to be expected.

i agree

diet looks good and clean, but would increase protein to 300g to start , then i would slowly increase carbs , to 300 then 400 etc till you get to the point where your putting on weight but not excessive bodyfat

i am diet down on roughly those macro figures and cal lol

i dont agree with eat everything in sight route though this has backfired on me several times, but works for some. your much better increasing slowly like 500 cal a day and week by week charting your progress

at 90kg 3500-4000 clean calories should def do the job for you, but many things influence this :supercool

Hcg w maybe some hc generate while on. Post cycle unleashed combo 2 weeks after last pin and you will be all set.

Your body will store the extra calories as fat or skeletal muscle. Adding an extra meal before bed won't magically make you fat. It depends on how well your body partitions calories. Excess calories end up as either fat or skeletal muscle, genetics determine the ratio (p ratio).

To answer your question. Do you want to get under 10% or do you want to keep adding mass? Decide and do it.
