My chest is too flat. I need mass.

dumbell work is what you need for mass. That has been the key to me anyways. Now you said you rest between shoulders and chest 1 day for full recovery. Please explain that further because I used to do chest a bunch and was not getting enough rest. it sounds like you're doing it every other day. 3 keys to be BIG lift BIG eat BIG rest BIG that simple. eating is probably the hardest for me. Do the dumbells, get the rest. Do chest only like 2 times a week.
 
hit chest once a week

flat bench bb or db 4 sets 6-8 rep range

incline bench bb or db " "

weighted dips " "

incline or flat flyes 4 sets 8-10 rep range

use enough weight that you are hitting muscle failure in 6-8 rep range - make sure to do one warm-up set first for each exercise. get plenty of sleep and protien as well as calories overall and more important - have patience it will come in time.
