Please explain that further because I used to do chest a bunch and was not getting enough rest. it sounds like you're doing it every other day. 3 keys to be BIG lift BIG eat BIG rest BIG that simple. eating is probably the hardest for me. Do the dumbells, get the rest. Do chest only like 2 times a week.
