SO i woke up kind of late today.....and i decided to make my own MRP shake for breakfast.....well minus the carbs, because i was using a hand blender and i didnt know how that would hold up agains raw oats. I dont have time right now to post all the stats on it, but i will when i return from easter dinner at my family's house.
One Scoop ON whey protein
8 ounces of 1% milk
1/4 cup pasturized egg whites
One container of Peach yogurt
teaspoon of L-glutamine
One Squirt of green tea extract
Blend until smooth and enjoy........The peach flavor from the yogurt over powers the chocolate of the whey, and it tastes great.....I ate a piece of whole grain oat bread for carbs. Try it out you wont be dissapointed.
