Here is what today, and most days, are looking like. Feel free to offer up opinions as I go along. Any advice is welcomed.

SUNDAY

Breakfast:
5 egg whites
1 whole egg
grapefruit
2 slices bacon

meal 2

4oz lean beef
½ cup rice
broccoli

1 cup cottage cheese

6oz fish
small red potato

Well, so much for meals today! :xeye: I am on call this week and I got called into the emergency room last night at 9pm. I was there until 2am. No breakfast this morning, no time because I work up late :eek2: , worked through my second meal, but I did manage to eat lunch. Fourth meal was out as well, stuck in a meeting. Hopefully I won't binge tonight because I become very hungry!

Lunch:
4oz lean beef
3oz red potato

Dinner:
6oz chicken breast
2oz red potato
1 cup broccoli

Meal 6:
protein shake with 2 egg whites
 
Today was much better than yesterday. Up at 5am for cardio weights tonight.

Breakfast:
5 egg whites
1 whole egg
2 slices bacon

meal 2
protein shake

lunch
large salad with 4oz grilled chicken

meal 4
1/2 cup cottage cheese

dinner
4oz fish
2oz red potato
1 cup broccoli

meal 6

Are you running all those stims all at once or cycling them?
 
I do but space them out through the day. Cardio breeze is only taken in the morning at 5am before my cardio workout. Clen is taken around 9am. The lipo I take at 12pm and 5pm. I have ADHD and the stims will actually help "ground" me. I guess I should mention that I am also taking Adderall for ADHD, which is a four salt amphetamine. I am paying very close attention to any sides that may occur. So far, so good.
 
Well, I have been doing very good on my diet the past few weeks so I decided to treat myself for lunch. A bunch of us went out to McDonalds and I got a cheeseburger happy meal. I figured it was a really small burger and fries, and I have been working hard, so I could splurge a little. BIG MISTAKE! After not eating that crap for so long, my stomach feels like it is going to explode. I feel aweful!!! NEVER AGAIN will I have junk like that. That crap is horrible and bad for you! I guess you live and you learn!

Tonight I am having yellowfin tuna steak with potato and veggie. That is if I start feeling better!

Awww! :) Poor thing!

I've had cheat meals where I indulge in junk like that (e.g. a whole plate of fried shrimp, clams, hush puppies, french fries, etc.) and man alive, I felt SICK afterward! On the flip side, when I indulge in big meals of real quality food -- it doesn't make me ill.

Amazing how we have to learn the hard way! I hope you're feeling better. :qt:

Didn't have breakfast today because I was still feeling like crap. Felt better by lunch and had a salad. Dinner tonight will be a tuna steak again (I love it so much last night) with potato and broccoli. Hittin the weights for back tonight.

I am going to start working back at the gym. 12 hours a week. Pay is very low, but hey, free membership! Can't beat that!

I think I may be adjusting to the clen. I do not feel any sides anymore. Only up to 60mcg, tomorrow is 80mcg. Today's meals:

50z chicken breast

1/2 cup cottage cheese

6oz turkey breast

Free membership is VERY sweet. Best of all, I am the one who closes the gym on Friday and Saturday. The owner doesn't care if you stay after hours and workout and tan. So I'll have the gym to myself! Even better! I have found it very hard to eat all of my meals. Sometimes there are leftovers. I take adderall for adhd and that really kills your appetite. It's not that my stomach feels crappy, it's just that I often do not stop to eat or when I start, I get full faster. I never have hunger pains except for when I first wake up. Once I take the adderall, that's it, I feel full. I'll have to work on forcing myself to eat.

cardio this morning, if I can find the ambition to do so! Weights tonight.

The very same thing happened to me last Sunday. I had a Cheeseburger happy meal as my cheat meal and arghhhhh....was sick for 2 days. Never again.
 
I am sore as hell from workout. Drank double dose of glutamine so I think the soreness could have been a lot worse. That stuff really works. I have a birthday party to go to tomorrow for my niece and nephew, hope I can stay away from the cake!!!
 
Well, the no cake didn't last. My niece and nephew wanted me to have a piece from each cake...honest! I did limit myself. I had a 1" by 2" square from each. 1 tablespoon vanilla ice cream, I made them find a tablespoon so I could measure it exactly! Everything else went off without a hitch.

rationalizing a piece of cake and ice cream LOL. Hats off to you for will power LOL. seriously, I probably would have had two pieces.
 
I was very proud of myself today. We had a baby shower at work for the Mental Retardation director. Food everywhere! All I ate was a cup of fruit. And drank water instead of the soda and other junk they had. I patted myself on the back for that one.

that must be what happened to me last Friday...was gonna go out and picked me up some chicken strips (fried of course :( ) and a biscut from popeyes..yummy
But afterwards I had indejestion and the top of my stomach was so swole up I was freaking out.
 
I was thinking about adding a piece of toast with breakfast in the morning, I miss my toast. Whould that work?

current breakfast:
5 egg whites, 1 whole egg
2 slices bacon

change to:
5 egg whites, 1 whole egg
1 slice bacon
1 slice of toast

what do you think?
 
If you are anti-bread, try whole wheat bread - REAL whole wheat bread.

In all honesty, if you PLAN for the toast, I see NOTHING wrong with having a slice of white bread (gasp!) with breakfast. You have all day to use it for fuel and if you make it FIT INTO your daily macro/diet breakdown - then it is workable.

I feel the same way about every single other food. It makes me sad to see people depriving themselves of foods that are part of a celebration or something that just makes them happy. If you PLAN for things, then anything will fit into a diet. You only live ONE TIME, and this is the only chance you have with the people around you.

Obviously, contest prepping diet is a whole 'nother animal. :)
 
I have added the bread to breafast, and on fitday it works out. So, I'll run with it for a bit. Today I had a sweet tooth for the first time in a while. Strange. Had some natty pb on bread to help it. We are getting dumped on by snow, big storm bringing 20 inches of snow. I hate snow for the record.

First day back to work at the gym, after a two year break. At closing time, I locked the doors and then worked out by myself. I had the entire gym to myself...boy I missed that! Diet was good today and so was workout. I swear by glutamine, that stuff if magic. I have been using it a lot lately and have noticed that I work out twice as hard and am a lot less sore. Great stuff.

I woke up with a really bad cold, no ambition to eat. Feel like going back to bed, but have to go to work. I had colds.
 
Woke up feeling like hell, then the day got worse. All I want to do is crawl into bed and stay there. Missed most of my meals today, just don't feel like eating. Had fat free ice cream today to help with sore throat, that's about it. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day and I can get back on track.
