I'm an Auntie again!! My sis had a baby boy on 3/15!! been checking in with her, seeing how shes doing etc Baby and mom are doing well & healthy :)

I'll be back and posting today,

Shadow, I'm really starting to see some progress this week, going to get BF done tomorrw.
 
Ulter, I've been taking it since I started Shadows plan, I luv the stuff!! I tend to hold h20 very easily, any othewr sugg. to rid the E. fat?

Also taking Purecell, would that cause some h20 retention, getting great results so far.

I will, and post more pics. this weekend.

Ulter, not really washing the area as I just put it right after I get up in the early a.m. I don't see any sweating right away but I do sweat faster when I start my cardio/weights.
I do feel a extra kick min.s after I apply it.
 
Mon. 3/14

6:30- 1 c. coffee w/low carb creamer, 1 glucerell
7:30 Meal 1- 1 1/2 scoops whey, 2 purecee, 2 lev. vitamins, yohimburn, h20
9:00-Leg w/o squats, lunges, step-ups,cable kick backs, leg press
10:30 Meal 2- 1 gluc. 15 min. prior, 1 1/2 scoops whey, 2 purecee, h20
2:00 Meal 3- 1 gluc. 15 min. prior, spinach & romaine salad, tuna, 3 stw. berries, blueberries, 5 melba crackers, newmans dresssing.
4:00 Meal 4- 1 gluc. 15 min. prior, 1 oz. of almonds, h20
5:30, yohimburn 15 before, taught Interval class Cardio-Sculpt & Abs
7:00 Meal 5- 1 gluc. 15 prior,120 gr.s chicken, 2 cups. green beans, crackers( out of pot.)
9:00 Meal 6- 1 gluc. 15 before, 1 scoop whey, 1 Tbsp. natty PB, h20

changed up to ECA this week for 2 weeks cycling it w/T-rex. taking it a.m. only.
H20- 1 gal.

OK good. Then you're a good responder. You should do very well with that.
 
been slacking on posting my diet. Meals are all the same except I haven't had a 6th meal all last week, been losing my appetite lately. I'm not sure whats going on, never had this happen before, but lately I have to make myself eat!!

Workouts are the same, but Monday my motivation is very low, I have to force myself to get to the gym, Tues. seems alot better and I get going.

The tech. was off the last 3 days so, hopefully will get my BF done tomorrow. I feel like I lost some lbs. I don't have a scale at home , so will weigh in tomorrow at the gym :)
