LMAO well my puppy sammy just finished carbing up fo sure , boxer at 95 lbs, starting his cutting diet tomorrow, AM cardio squirrel chasing (see profile pic)
You look wonderful!! I don't know if this helps, but, where you are now, is where I want to be by June 30 (shooting for anything lower, would not be a realistic goal for me). Keep up the great work!!

I'm sure you'll achieve your goal, you can do anything you set your mind to! The thing that is hardest for me is to take Rest days, but recovery is part of the program. Do you take days off from the gym?
