I'm sure you'll achieve your goal, you can do anything you set your mind to! The thing that is hardest for me is to take Rest days, but recovery is part of the program. Do you take days off from the gym?

I consider the days I do only cardio my recovery days. I also have one day of doing absolutely nothing.
 
You're doing great! Keep your eye on the prize & continue practicing your posing & other stuff that contributes to the show.

My cat is on a maintenance diet at 16.5 lbs for his sumo season to start soon.

talk about sore ab's, I tried holding them in for a mere 30 seconds and they hurt like hell, time to start working on the posing more as well as sucking in the ab's.
 
3/12/05 Sat.

6:15- 1 c. coffee w/low-carb creamer
6:30 a.m. HIT 30 min.
7:30 a.m.- 1 glucerell
8:00a.m.- 1 1/2 scoops whey w/ 1/2 c skim and H20, purecell, t-rex, vitamins,glutemine
10:30 a.m.- 1 1/2 scoops whey w/H2o, 3 stw. berries & handful blueberries, H20
1:00 p.m.- can of tuna, romaine salad w/ newmans O & V dress.,crackers. 1/2 sweet pot. H20
3:30 p.m.- handful almonds, H20
6:00 p.m.- 120 grams chicken, 2 c. broc., h20
9:00 p.m.- microwave popcorn ( my hubby made it & I couldn't resist!!) 2. cups

H20-1 gal., 1 glucerell before every meal, 2 gluc. before the popcorn.

woke up and felt swollen from the popcorn :worried:

8:30- 1 c. coffee w/ low-carb creamer
1 glucerell 8:45 a.m.

9:00- 1 1/2 scops whey w/h20, 1 t-rex, vitamins

10:00- 30 min.s on TM on incline 7.0 at 4.2 (had to sweat out the salt)
10:45-1 glucerell, 2 purecell
11:00- 1 1/2 scoops whey w/1/2 c. skim & h20
1:00- can of tuna, spinach salad, 3 stw. berries, handful of blueberries, newmans dress, O & V, 1 piece w.wheat tst. ( out of crackers)
3:30- handful almonds, H20
6:00- 120 grams chicken, asparagus, 1/2 sweet pot. H20
8:30- 1 Tbsp. natty p. nut-butter, 1/2 scoop whey, h20

glucerell, 15- 30 min. before every meal
H20- 1 gal. t-rex twice a day, 2 leverex between meals, 3 dandelion root

How long are you running the dandelion root? Just checkign -- like Taraxatone, that's a 10 day regimen that you would run right before a show to dump water weight. Don't run it for longer than that.

I know, No More Cheating, must have strength when family is eating PIZZA & POPCORN!!!

I just did a 1 day test w/ dandelion to see how it effected me after my popcorn night. I was peeing every 30 min.s I will hold out on the D.R. until last week pre-show. Thanks, for the info, Sassy :rainbow:
