5:30 a.m. 30 min. walk on TM 4.1 on 4.0 incline
Glucerell & T-rex 15 min. before Meal
Meal1-7:30- 1 1/2 scopops whey w/ 3/4 c. milk & H20, 2 Purecell,vitamins,glutamine
Meal 2- 11:00-PWO- 1 1/2 scoops whey w/ 1 c. milk & H20, 2 Purecell, glutamine
Meal 3- 1:30- 1 can tuna, spinach salad, blueberries, 1/2 sweet pot., green beans,newmans O&V dressing, 2 leverex
Meal 4-3:00- handful almonds, H20
Meal 5-5:30- 120 grams chicken, green beans, 5 melba crackers, h20
H20-1 gal. 1 glucerell before every meal
Weights- Back & Chest( 4 sets of each superset, rows, incline & bench press,(wide & narrow grip)T-bar,lat-pull down, reverse pull-down. Abs 3 sets decline twist w/bar.
