Well, I ate a half a large wild goose once that my friend shot. That was kind of intense. It's all we ate at the time and we both were just barely able to chew and swallow when we finished it.
Isn't it true that your body can only absorb like 50g of protein at a time? I was told this, and to absorb the most protein, eat like 6-7 times a day. Any info?
